Daddy Daughter Ball

Saturday night Ross and Kennedy were able to attend the annual "Daddy Daughter Ball". It was so much fun for them. Kennedy's grandma bought her a new dress and Ross got a hold of two of her friends and their dads and planned a triple date. They went to "The Trolley" in Springville for dinner and spent the night dancing and having fun. (Kinda jealous!!)

(Seriously, he has this twitch....)

Excuse me. When did she grow up, thanks??

I hope it's a fun memory for them. I totally remember the daddy daughter days of my growing up years!! So much fun!!

Happy 9th Birthday to Louis!

My little dude turns 9 today! I know it is so cliche, but I can't believe he's 9. Seriously. He's such a fun, sweet, wild, awesome little man. He makes life so fun and he gives the best hugs in the world! He really makes everyone feel special. I consider myself lucky to be his mother!

He had a fun birthday party this year. We did it on Saturday of this last week. He invited a few friends and we went to our city center to have the party. They have bounce houses and slides and they entertained them for an hour with games and fun. It was seriously the most fun party and the kids slept well that night!! He said, "Mom, I didn't know my birthday party was going to be a workout, too!" Perfect.

We brought pizza and cupcakes and they played to their hearts content.

This was the kids during the "Jedi Training Academy" they had planned for us.

Practicing their "Light Saber" skills

Look at that red face. Workout, I tell you!

Bunch of cute little kids!

For his birthday cake this year, I made him a Lego head. Kind of funny, but I found a picture and was bound and determined to make one. Pretty sad, I tell my kids what kind of cake they are getting :)

Happy birthday my little man. I love you to bits.

Daddy

I found my old Cabbage Patch doll at my parents house over Christmas. I brought it home with every intention of "cleaning him up and saving him for....something". But Cole found him and they became fast friends. Last night he named him Daddybaby. He carries him around everywhere. It's just about adorable! After breakfast this morning he brought him up to the table and I suggested that he feed him breakfast. He looked and me and giggled and said, "Him don't need breakfast. Hims mouf is stuck."

It was basically awesome.
